Our top priority at Sandmeyer Steel Company is the health and well-being of our employees and their families.
Designated as a life-sustaining business, we have been fortunate to be able to continue operations since the COVID-19 crisis began in March 2020. Our Company has not missed a day due to COVID-19 issues.
We have been pro-active in implementing COVID-19 safety protocols which have equaled or exceeded the latest CDC, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and City of Philadelphia COVID-19 guidelines and requirements. With the belief that the safest work environment we can provide is a fully vaccinated facility, we have been working towards that goal, and as of November 15, 2021, the entire Sandmeyer Team has been fully vaccinated. As we are limiting access to our facilities to fully vaccinated individuals, all visitors will be required to provide proof of vaccination in advance of a visit.
As we have proven since the COVID-19 outbreak first started in March 2020, both our employees and infrastructure are resilient and up to the challenge. Thanks to our extensive inventory, we are not being impacted by any COVID-19 related supply disruptions from our Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloy, or Titanium Plate suppliers at this time.
Sandmeyer Steel Company will continue monitoring the guidance of the federal, state, and local governments and public health authorities, so we can quickly adapt best practices as appropriate and comply with any new COVID-19 mitigation mandates. We remain open and fully operational to meet your Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloy and Titanium Plate and Plate Products requirements.
